Our responsibility as a Strata Manager is to handle all business operations on behalf of your strata corporation.

Our services include:

      • Work with Council to Prepare annual budgets and financial statements
      • Arrange services for the strata corporation and enter into contracts for the maintenance and repair of the strata corporation’s common property
      • Schedule maintenance and manage building maintenance projects
      • Regularly site visits to ensure quality of cleaning, maintenance, etc
      • Obtains quotes and  Reviewing of all invoices for work completed
      • Monitors strata fee payments and arrears
      • Maintain and permit access to strata corporation records in accordance with the Strata Property Act
      • Attend strata council and general meetings; prepare and distribute minutes for all meetings.
      • Advise the strata council in regard to the Strata Property Act, Residential Tenancy Act, strata corporation bylaws and other relevant matters
      • Prepare and  review monthly financial reports and report to the strata council
      • Be in contact with building owners and residents by telephone and email
      • Provide information and respond to clients in a timely manner
